George H. Foster, Jr., President has been involved in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate, financing, and construction since receiving a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Champaign- Urbana in 1991. George's vision of providing a quality, customer-focused experience from design through construction is the goal and focus of everyone at McFoster Development & Construction, Inc.

Steve Brengman, Director of Operations, has 30 years of experience in the construction and renovation of various commercial and residential structures throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Steve's breath of experience includes residential home redesign, multifamily residential renovation, commercial tenant build out and building construction.

McFoster Development & Construction, Inc. is a general building contractor that focuses on all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. McFoster has the capabilities to design and construct semi-custom/custom homes, kitchens, baths, basements, additions, commercial tenant build out and new commercial building ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet. With our experience, strong subcontractor relationships and various material suppliers we can make your dreams reality.

McFoster Additional Services

McFoster Development & Construction, Inc. has partnered with GHFJ Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. to provide flat fee listing services for clients that have a home to sell. For those clients that are looking for land, investment property or properties to renovate, GHFJ Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. has provided access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to accomplish those real estate goals. GHFJ Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. is offering a 1% rebate for those clients that use its services. Our representation of you must be clear in the transaction in order to qualify for the 1% rebate.
